That password change turned into a very long series of attempts to navigate the inscruitable process of changing the password. It was maddening. Amber, however, remained polite, calm, and even engaging during our efforts to complete my task. Nobel Prize and elevation to sainthood would still be insufficient reognition for her outstanding profesionalism, dedication to problem solving, and customer service. Thank you, Amber."
